Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training
(ASIST) is listed on the SPRC Best Practice registry and increases a participant's knowledge and confidence in recognizing intervention opportunities to help prevent suicide.
ASIST is a standardized method of teaching suicide first aid and provides a practical suicide intervention model that is applicable to caregivers with or without a background in mental health training.
Completing the two days of training is essential to the learning process and earns 14 CEUs.
